"US has not allowed a second 9/11 to happen, Indonesia has not allowed a second Bali-bombing to happen. India has allowed people to get away after the Parliament attack, Delhi blasts and finally the 26/11 incident. The time for all of us has come to say no more," Kapoor said at a CII seminar on national security.
Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and other Pakistan-based terror groups and that country's intelligence agency ISI have been accused of involvement in terror strikes in India.
The Army Chief said the country cannot afford to "witness the repeat" of a 26/11-type attack and stressed the need for creation of a nationwide architecture for sharing intelligence and security-related information.
Kapoor said the need for the civil society was to come together to tackle security threats as the South Asian region "was going to be under a constant and continuous threat of terrorism of asymmetric and fourth generation warfare".

India is the only country where state itself is giving grands & aids (for Madrasas & Yatheem Khanas) for anti nationals who fight against our motherland.these are the places whare the terrorisom is being taught.Our central minister Mr.Arjun Singh is sanctioning huge grand for thes institutions whare terrorisom against our motherland is trained. Indonesia is an Island and terrorist can come only from Malaysia. Also it took some good advise from Australian security forces to combat home grown terrorism. U.S has first grade technology and its politicnas are united in defeating terror. Our leaders don't care about any thing except their power and how to make more money. Also, ruling party suffers from complex in accepting technical assistance from U.S, Israel to combat terror.

We cannot curtail this because we don't have backbone, Look what happened to afzal guru . Even after being convicted The bastard is living at tax payers expense and the government does not have the balls to hang him. These terrorist should be killed immidiately upon arresting them without a trail. And if any human right guys have problem with this, send them to the front line where soldiers are getting killed. Bottom line is that the politicians for their personal gains are messing up this country.

Not to diminish Indonesia's anti-terrorist effort.. but there was actually a second Bali Bombing (some say help orchestrated by the same guys who did the first one from a laptop behind bars). The JW Mariott Hotel in Jakarta has also been bombed TWICE, the second attack after years of innactivity by terrorist.
